Petzl ASAP’sorber. When using the ASAP Lock mobile fall arrester it is best to attach it directly to your harness. However, this may restrict the user’s movement to carry out certain tasks. Using this energy absorber with the ASAP Lock enables the user to keep a distance from the safety rope whilst limiting the impact force. NB: Be aware that using an ASAP’sorber will increase the amount of clear free-fall space needed.
